About NPHS

Bringing care home to Cleveland nursing homes

Nurse Practitioner Health Services (NPHS) provides prompt, outstanding medical services to long term care, assisted living facilities, and many Cleveland nursing homes and long term care facilities.

NPHS’ mission is to improve the quality of life for patients while supporting families, physicians, and healthcare facilities. They primarily practice internal medicine to individuals suffering from acute or chronic conditions, ranging from minor complaints to medically complex situations.

NPHS was established in 2010 by Jack and Rachel Petrick. While practicing in the medical field, they saw an acute need within the medical community to better serve the needs of patients. This prompted them to found an innovative company that would serve the patients, families, physicians, and facilities, providing them with increased value and decreased cost.

Through hard work and careful planning, NPHS’ success has been truly astounding. A reduced number of expensive hospital admits, improved patient satisfaction, and improved nursing home reputations have been postmarks of their success. NPHS has established a proven track record for a tremendously improved quality of life for patients, as well as supporting patient families, collaborating physicians, and nursing homes. The services have succeeded both in raising the standard of each patient’s healthcare, providing them with outstanding treatment options, while simultaneously reducing overhead costs all around.

Nurse Practitioner Health Services serves the patients, families, physicians, and facilities with the highest quality of healthcare and professionalism. In a new world of healthcare, they are solving complex problems, one patient at a time, truly “bringing care home.”
